There are unique aspects of being an ADHDer that make life challenging and complex. We work with many clients who have not been diagnosed until adulthood but are now learning new skills and tools to manage ADHD in day-to-day life, in their careers, and in their relationships.
Couples and Marriage Counseling
Relationships can be challenging and take a lot of work over the years. Our couples therapists are skilled at helping couples find happiness in all stages of life and in all different kinds of relationships.
ADHD Support Group
Learn more about how ADHD affects your life. Build tools for time awareness, dealing with procrastination, task completion, and Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria. We offer 12 Week ADHD Skills and Support Groups, Alumni Groups and Summer Workshops.
Career Counseling
It’s easy to get caught up in your work or work-related stress. But, it’s possible to find professional fulfillment again. You may need some support and guidance to help you find a career you love. We support clients in evaluating their personal and professional goals and to feel fulfilled and supported in their journey.
Life Transitions
Whether it’s moving to a new city, starting a new job, relationship changes, identity shifts, the birth of children, or managing aging parents, having support can help. We are here to partner with you through these times and help you build skills to manage life changes and take time to reflect.
Therapy For Teens
The transitions that teenagers and young adults go through during adolescence seem endless. We are here whether your teen is interested in partnering with a therapist for individual therapy, or a family or parent unit needing support in navigating stressors in the teenage years and is looking for Parent Coaching.
