Licensed Clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

We are a team of Clinicians in the Bay Area that serve clients in California remotely and in-person. We are looking for a Licensed Clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to join our team. Our group offers the opportunity to collaborate with other clinicians, grow as individual therapists, and connect with our extensive network of providers in the Bay Area and all of California. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Responsibilities and Interests

  • Perform virtual and/or in-person clinical counseling services to clients of California Integrative Counseling Center as scheduled and in accordance with company policies.

  • Maintain a caseload of 24 clients per week with the flexibility to set your own schedule working in our office in downtown San Francisco or remotely from your home (can be fully remote or hybrid).

  • Timely complete written records for each client including, but not limited to intake notes, progress notes, chart notes, treatment plans, discharge notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from California Integrative Counseling Center or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the client.

  • Training or interest in couple’s therapy, working with clients with ADHD and Autism or other neurodivergence as well as Anxiety, Depression, and other mood disorders. Desire to work with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients.

  • Attend weekly staff consultation meetings on Thursdays from 12-1 pm and monthly in-house training.

  • Interest in a collaborative team environment with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

  • LMFT or LCSW or LPCC in the State of California.

  • Must remain active in all state licensures regarding their work as a licensed professional.

  • Must comply with all laws and regulations, and ethical standards including those of the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

  • Ability to provide services to clients in an ethical, legal, and professional manner.

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.

  • Compassionate and empathetic with a strong ability to establish and build trust.

  • Excellent listening skills.

Compensation

  • Fee for service.

  • General range of $50k-$120k annually.

  • Compensation is based on part-time vs. full-time, level of experience, training, and session offerings.

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, AMFT

Our group offers the opportunity to collaborate with other clinicians, grow as individual therapists, and connect with our extensive network of providers in the Bay Area and all of California.   • Perform virtual and/or in-person clinical counseling services to clients of California Integrative Counseling Center as scheduled and in accordance with company policies.
